Hi there, I just received a "Save the date" as a text message for a friend's wedding in April. Is this the way of the future or just a ploy to save money? haha thoughts?
I have to believe you'll receive a real invitation in the mail. They're probably just excited and wanted to tell you somehow. I refuse to believe that the culture has fallen so far as to mess with the way wedding invitations are done!
ok, I'm ALL for technology, but that is just plain tacky....hopefully the real one is coming the snail mail way?
